	IVCA 2003 Touring news Leisure calendar
IVCA Leisure League 2003 - final review The leisure league was well attended this year with more than 80 riders taking part in one or more round and 75 taking part in one or more tour.9 riders qualified for silver touring medals having competed in the 50 in 4, Wicklow 200 and 100 in 8. Some riders expressed dissatisfaction at the speed on some events but primarily these are leisure events and must remain so. I hope all who took part in leisure and touring events this year enjoyed it and will continue to support it in the future. Personally I would like to thank all assisted in the running of the league and a special thanks to all who towed me back to the finish from many places too numerous to mention. The results of the league are as follows: 1st Gay Farnan 27 points 2nd Tom Markham 23 points Joint 3rd John Hunt and Seamus Brennan20   points
